Logistics
While working with our client on the pre-production
of their event/tour we will endeavour to cover all possible
eventualities and provide a plan for each.
We will devote time and attention to the itinerary to ensure
that any permits, ferries, carnets, double drivers or additional
freight movements are arranged, with the minimum of fuss, to
complete the tour successfully. This is achieved by working
closely with the Production or Tour Manager from the outset
and with ongoing liaison once the production is on the road.

Working closely with all the majorinternational freight companies,
ferry companies and airlines, to ensure all movements of both equipment
and drivers are optimized for the
highest efficiency.
